Your first appointment is a 90 minute in depth assessment and treatment session. We explore your medical history, current symptoms, stress load and movement patterns to understand how your system is functioning - not just where it hurts. Tailored treatment is on the day using a multi layered approach of acupuncture (medical&/auricular), manual therapy, osteopathic techniques and targeted corrective exercise. We identify the structural and nervous system drivers behind your symptoms. So you have a clear understanding what is causing your issue, how we address it and how to reinforce this progress between sessions.
A detailed written recap of your treatment is sent to you after your appointment.
