for my own well-being. I have made these accessible through Amazon for its reliability & speed so that you can start using them straight away.

In my practise I focus on holistic health, not just the physical body but also the mental and emotional aspects of well being. Each product can make a difference in your recovery whether it is for health benefits, how you sleep, what you feed your body, how you sit at a computer or get the most out of your exercises. Each product has been tried & tested for quality and effectiveness to make sure you can get the benefit out of them.

My Top Recommendations for Your Wellness Routine :

Health & Recovery

ESN Products are the best: scientifically researched and evidenced by the many atheletes they support. One of them being my niece! She plays hockey and she's pretty good at it! I have been using two of their products for over a year from my research into staying fit and healthy whilst having a physically demanding job, which can put a lot of strain on the body. As we age we lose collagen, thereby affecting our elasticity within the muscle fibres as well as structure, strength and support to the entire body. We need more protein to maintain and build muscle but even more specific we need the building blocks of protein, essential amino acids. Recovery is also an integral aspect; many of my clients play various sports and they need their ligaments and joints to withstand their activities.

ESN Daily accounts for these with L Leucine & L Glutamine incorporated whilst the ESN Collagen Petides are also a great way to help your body recover & stay strong. You can find them here:

Exercise Tools:

A yoga matt is the easiest item you can put down in your office to remind yourself to get up from your desk and do some simple exercises to help you loosen off those tight shoulders and lower back. Or for the busy mum who likes to do a quick work out to start the morning with " a little me time" for her own well being.

Small Pilates Ball:

If you have sciatic pain or even just tight gluts, a small pilates ball with the right exercise can work wonders!

Resistance Band- medium strength:

A medium band that you can do various necessary rehab exercises with to gain the most benefit.

Fabric Loopy Resistance Bands: in 3 strengths

Much more comfortable for glut exercises and band work that requires it to sit around your legs as the fabric is much more effective at staying in place and they don't curl and dig into your skin!

Calf Stretcher:

This will save you time & effort finding the right step to balance off of and you slightly guessing at how far you are supposed to drop down on the heel. The calf stretcher allows you to place your foot onto it whilst you gently and slowly rock your foot back and forth to feel the right stretch through the calf and through the sole of the foot. Useful for plantar fasciitis recovery as well.

Comfort & Relief Aids for your Recovery:

Sleep is so important and that can be difficult if you have lower back discomfort. Therefore a support pillow comes in handy to help you do just that by taking pressure off the lower back by keeping your spine in a neutral position when side sleeping. This also helps muscle recovery as muscles can relax as they are not having to hold onto a certain posture ( one knee drops to meet the other knee for exaomple). Giving you better sleep and therefore better recovery. This pillow can also be placed under your knee if you are having knee pain.

Neck Heat Wrap:

I am sure a lot of you have had a pretty sore neck at one time or another and you know how debilitating and tiring that can be. Your head even feels heavy to hold onto. This heat wrap will not only hold you steady and give you support but it will also give you the much needed heat you need for the muscles to stop tightening and going into spasms everytime you move. Just pop it in the microwave and place around your neck- voila. Some relief at last.
