Health, Wellness, Challenges & Everything in Between..

This is the very first blog post. Hello! This is completely new so feel free to let me know your thoughts and share your opinions on your latest ideas, findings, and things you'd like to discuss. Personally, professionally and what is relevant to your life; the joys and difficulties. Nothing is all flowers and rainbows. But let's appreciate them when we see them and not think our lives have to be perfect.

Recovery from pain & discomfort is the main focus here but also how you get there and how you keep yourself there once you've put all that effort in. Lets be clear- there is no "quick fix"- it means doing the work that will keep you on track as it were, in the ocean, on the golf course, on the tennis court, on the paddle board or the ski slopes..and for life in general. Personally that takes, practise & effort and readjustment at times, trial and error and continual learning for what works best and gets the best out of you.

I call it "investing in yourself"- to become healthy, strong and resilient - mentally & physically. This is the holistic approach if you like- you take all your lifestyle factors in place and decide what allows you, based on your own decisions, to be the best version of you and take out & replace the ones that don't help you. (Habits I mean.. not people.)

I believe you have to make your own health a top priority to start with because you are important to so many people and there is nothing better to see the ones we love happy and healthy...that has to be the most important point of all. Your health & wellbeing..not just for you but also those around you. Although I really feel this comes from what's already 'within you' we all need help and encouragement and a little guidance at times - and hopefully we can help each other along the way.
