Returns Policy
If there is an issue with your item upon arrival, (if it is damaged or broken) please do get in touch via e-mail as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the issue by replacing the item.
Damaged items must have photographic evidence in order to verify damage. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Should you be dissatisfied with your product then please return the product in its original condition, unused and new in its' packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note the buyer/customer is responsible for payment of return postage.
Once these terms are satisfied, the customer will receive a replacement or a refund within 5 working days.
