Please read the safety warning labels on the bottom of the jar before lighting. Ensure the candle is not lit for longer than a maximum of four hours at a time and remember to trim the wick to 5mm every time you light the candle. We hope you enjoy your candle as much as we have enjoyed creating them.
These candles are made in small batches entirely by hand- any minor imperfections will have no bearing on the quality of your candle which has been made with care to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Delivery & Shipping
Despatch and delivery are business days only (Monday - Friday). Processing and shipment of your order will aim to be within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary according to the destination and service. Please allow for occassional shipping delays which are out of our control once the item has been dispatched.
Returns, Refund/Exchange
If there is an issue with your item upon arrival, (if it is damaged or broken) please do get in touch via e-mail as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the issue by replacing the item or by refunding the cost of the item.
Damaged items must have photographic evidence in order to verify the issue. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Should you be dissatisfied with your product then please return the product in its original condition, unused and new in its' packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that with returns the buyer/customer is responsible for payment postage and any loss in value of the item upon its’ return.
Once these terms are satisfied, the customer will receive a replacement or a refund within 5 working days.
