Shift the Field™
Shift the Field™️ is a neurophysiological method for complex and recurring pain, delivered as one complete programme. It was created by Anne-Martine Dicke (AMD), founder of AMDtherapie, from 14 years in clinic. This method works in both directions at once, brain to body and body to brain. What you do with your body changes what your brain expects, and feeling something different, again and again, shifts how your nervous system responds to pain.
Pain that keeps coming back is often your system protecting you long after it needs to. It has learned to expect pain, and it braces before anything has happened. Once you see that clearly, you can change it. Shift the Field shows you how to move, decide and respond differently, so you're no longer at the mercy of pain and the cycles you can't seem to get out of. The capacity to change was never outside of you. It just needed the right mechanism.
