If there is an issue with your item upon arrival (if it is damaged or broken), please get in touch via email as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the issue by replacing the item or refunding the cost.
Damaged items must have photographic evidence to verify the issue. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Should you be dissatisfied with your product, please return it in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return postage and any loss in value of the item upon its return.
Once these terms are satisfied, you'll receive a replacement or refund within 5-7 working days.
