Break the Cycle is Part 1 of The Shift the Field Method.
Most recurring tension, anxiety or pain follows a pattern:
Trigger -Internal Reaction -Reinforcement- Return.
You may already be aware that something repeats. But awareness alone does not show you:
- What triggers it
- how your system escalates it
- how you unintentionally reinforce it
- why it feels automatic
- why it keeps coming back
This part shows you how protective loops are formed and how they maintain themselves over time.
You will learn to:
- map your own recurring pattern
- identify the sequence of events that sustains it
- recognise early signs before escalation
- interrupt reinforcement
- understand why thinking your way out hasn't worked
This is diagnostic clarity.
Without this stage, you cannot change what you cannot see.
This is not resolution yet. This is structural recognition.
And recognition changes everything.
For many, this stage alone creates immediate clarity and interruption of repeating loops.
